Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- PA State Police Criminal History Check
- Excellent working knowledge of grammar and written language
- Experience with Adobe Creative (i.e. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat) is required
- Experience with creating social media content is preferred

Description
Join our Publishing and Media team as a full-time Graphic Design and Social Media Assistant!
In this role, you’ll work with Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) as well as our faith-based publishing department, LiveUp Resources.
You’ll assist the team with various projects such as:
- Research and implement social media marketing techniques
- Create, maintain and/or distribute printed media, such as flyers and brochures
- Apply graphic design skills to edit and proof printed and digital materials
- Ensure publication formatting and content align with style guide
- Design and post social media content across all platforms
Skills needed for this position:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- A strong understanding of maintaining brand standards across content and projects is needed
- The pace of work can be fast at times, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up while also remaining organized and paying attention to the small details.
Working hours are flexible, with occasional mandatory long days for video shoots (generally 10 hours/day for shoots).
This position is in person, remote work is not available. EOE
