- Seasonal position: if hired for the full school year you could earn 258 summer paid time off hours; plus have the potential for an additional 120 hours of summer paid time off

We are seeking a Truancy Mentor to work within Check & Connect, an evidence-based program focused on preventing truancy and keeping students engaged in their education. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding students back on the path to success.
What You’ll Do
As a Truancy Mentor, you will:
- Work directly with students to encourage school attendance and engagement.
- Monitor attendance and follow up with students and families to address concerns.
- Collaborate with school staff and community partners to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Serve as a mentor, advocate, and service coordinator to help students overcome challenges.
- Conduct home visits to stay connected with families and provide ongoing support.
