Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for showcasing hunting and outdoor conservation through visual media and possess strong technical skills in videography and video editing. This role involves capturing high-quality video content, editing footage, and producing polished final products that align with the PGC's mission.
Duties
- Capture high-quality video, audio, photo and digital content for the PGC
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and promote agency-related digital video, audio, and photography content
- Shoot and edit video and photos of agency events, livestreams, and activities
- Manage post-production processes, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Utilize Final Cut Pro to enhance video quality and add visual effects.
- Maintain organized files and archives of all video content for easy access and retrieval.
- Plan, manage, and execute episodes of the PGC Podcast, Call of the Outdoors
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of videography and digital content capture
- Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including camera operation and lighting setups.
- Experience with post-production processes, including sound editing and color grading.
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier Suite, or similiar
- Strong understanding/experience with common hunting practices, techniques, equipment and safety
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in videography or video editing is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and teams effectively using strong organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,035.00 - $88,235.00 per year
