Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Administer prescribed medications while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to help alleviate feelings of isolation.
- Engage clients in activities designed to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands as needed.
- Empathy and patience in delivering care and support.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability and professionalism in transportation and caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
