Job Title: Home Care Warrior (Direct Care Worker - Home Care)

Location: York County, PA – Community-Based, In-Home Support
Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
Shift: Flexible shifts available: Days, Evenings, Weekends

Job Summary:

We’re not hiring caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care that goes beyond the surface—because comfort is a human right

Qualifications:

• Must be 18
• Valid driver’s license or Reliable Transportation
• At least 6 months of direct care or caregiving experience preferred
• Able to pass background checks, competency tests, and show up with empathy as your baseline
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and zero fear of difficult conversations or clients
• Must believe aging is not a decline—it’s a declaration of legacy
