Job Title: Home Health Aide – Home Care
Job Type: Per diem
Work Location: Philadelphia County (In-Person)
Join the Deer Meadow’s Home Health team as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and provide top-tier home care services. Leverage your skills to follow care plans. Collaborate with our nurses and community health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in their homes with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping, food shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders and laundry
- Offer companionship and supervision
- Report to Client Care Manager regarding direction of care, client updates, concerns, and scheduling

- Care Support: You will have a Client Care Manager available for support and questions regarding your client(s)
- 24/7 On-call support
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- MUST have a CNA license or 75 hour HHA certificate, unless you are providing care to a family member.
- Must have professional or personal experience with providing personal care, companionship and activities of daily living with adults.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with assigned Private Duty Manager
- Must complete DMHHSS written exam and orientation program successfully
- Must pass background check/clearances and drug tests as required by state regulations
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
