Key Responsibilities
- Execute care plans as directed by the registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as outlined in the on-call policy.
- Follow guidance from the clinical team, with oversight from a registered nurse.
- Proficient in patient assessment and care plan implementation.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Expertise in administering medications and following treatment protocols.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
