As Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing daily business operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership & Service Delivery
- Oversee client experience from intake to discharge, ensuring high-quality care.
- Manage scheduling, referrals, and care coordination for optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement annual growth plans, expanding services and enhancing business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance measures.
- Workforce Development & Team Management
- Lead and mentor administrative and field staff to promote a positive team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain workforce capacity.
- Establish performance goals and accountability measures for direct and indirect reports.
- Business Development & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources to drive client acquisition.
- Represent the agency in the community, strengthening its reputation as a provider and employer of choice.
- Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators and client feedback to refine service strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams, optimize operations, and drive business success.
Skills & Competencies:
