The technology we sell to HHAs simplifies caregiving workflows related to ongoing home health patients, tracks care provided, helps them manage eligibility and reimbursement for this specific population, and includes an app designed for family caregivers. What You'll Do As Regional Sales Director
You'll join a small but mighty team of passionate experts in the health tech, Medicare, and caregiving spaces, who deeply respect and value the work of our country's 53 million unpaid family caregivers. We've established relationships with a couple of early HHA customers that have reinforced our product-market fit. So far, our sales have all been CEO-led. Now we need help bringing our technology and workforce solutions to HHAs, health systems, and payers across the Northeast (with potential growth into the Southeast and/or Midwest). - Source and cultivate deals: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities, creating a robust pipeline of potential sales to local and regional HHAs and other healthcare organizations.
- Strategically build and grow partnerships: Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow partnerships with associations and other healthcare organizations focused on home health services.
- Achieve revenue growth: Own the sales pipeline and work closely with our CFO to forecast revenue, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop long-term relationships: Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the needs of HHAs and healthcare executives and aligning them with RubyWell's solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our CEO, marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging, refine pricing strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding for clients.
- Expand market presence: Recommend and attend industry trade shows and conferences where you'll represent RubyWell, deliver compelling presentations, and position the company as a leader of innovation in home healthcare.
- Evolve the sales strategy: Draw from on-the-job experience and CRM insights to refine and adjust our existing sales strategy to accelerate partner acquisition and improve retention, and codify the strategy as it evolves

- Extensive industry connections and established relationships with key stakeholders in the home healthcare sector, including HHAs, health systems, and payers
- Proven experience in B2B agency sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or workforce solutions.
- Experience in building strategic partnerships with associations, providers, and other vendors in the industry
- Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of home health services, HHAs, and the home healthcare industry
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate value propositions to healthcare executives, including agency owners and administrators
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying technical solutions for non-technical audiences
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline through CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced environment and pivot strategies as needed
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced education in healthcare or business is a plus
