Why Join Our Team?
- Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time Nursing Assistant (NA) to work the night shift within the Transitional Care Unit (TCU). TCU and the Emergency Department (ED) are collaborating using a new split flow model. The split flow model allows emergency services to continue delivering care to arriving patients while the newly admitted patient is handed off to the TCU RN. TCU is a virtual care unit and is imbedded in and adjacent to the ED.
