Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely scheduling and back-end charging activities for patients in our practice.
- Manage and handle local site physician calls related to scheduling, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information, and performing all back-end charging activities.
- Utilize knowledge of schedules and protocols to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Communicate effectively with local sites, transportation, and admissions regarding patient flow and potential issues.
- Maintain SQL reports as assigned to support scheduling and revenue cycle.
