Job : Patient Access Associate
Hours : 10am-8pm Monday-Friday, flexible availability on weekends - Per Diem - this position is looking for someone who is available weekdays and weekends
Location : PMPH
Department : Emergency Department
Summary :
- The Patient Access Associate is responsible for registering patients into the computer system
- The Patient Access Associate will collect, verify and enter patient's required demographic and insurance information to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement . They will collect and process any co-pays or time of service payments
- The Patient Access Associate will provide excellent customer service which sets the tone to ensure positive patients outcomes and care
