Summary :
- The Security data analyst will be responsible for operational oversight providing leadership and expertise to the management of vulnerabilities, key technologies, and incident tracking and response. Development of well-defined policies and procedures related to security technologies will be a core responsibility of this position, including change control, monitoring, response, and reporting procedures.
- This position will develop and generate management reporting and detailed metrics to support and demonstrate continuous improvement of incident detection, response, and recovery. The Security data analyst works under the leadership of the Director of Security and is responsible for daily administration and maintenance of all security electronic systems by ensuring that the security services, whether new or existing, are installed, tested, and on boarded per the scope of work.
- The Security data analyst will be called upon to lead various improvement initiatives that are focused on improving the patient / employee experience, create operational efficiencies, provide operational innovation, and those that enable scale through improved performance standards, process mechanization, and further automation.
Responsibilities :
Assessing any security breaches and identifying vulnerabilities.
Coordinate Badge Center responsibilities at PPMC and ambulatory campus.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedure / Policy and send all recommended updates through the change control process.
Oversees repair, quotes, and installations of electronic security measures, including CCTV, badging and electronic access control. Including but not limited to C-Cure, Genetec and Omnigo interacting with hospital departments and vendors.
Troubleshoots application and process problems, and, sets-up, inventories, maintains and troubleshoots departmental devices (i.e. computers, laptops, iPads, phones, two way radios, etc).
Prepares, provides, and disseminates monthly statistical data on security incidents with appropriate printouts and graphs.
