Pennsylvania Hospital is looking for a Parent / Baby focused Social Worker!
Summary :
- Responsible for psychosocial support on selected patient populations and collaborates with the unit / service CM / SW team for discharge planning and contributing to the patient's treatment plan through and understanding of social, psychological and / or environmental needs related to the impact of illness and need for hospitalization. Professional activities will be carried out in accordance with the code of ethics established by the National Association of Social Workers.
