Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Birmingham, AL. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Account Management skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service proficiency
- Quoting and Order Fulfillment within a proprietary system
- Lead Generation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with Computers, Telephone, and Email
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the steel or metals industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
