Base pay of $16-$19 an hour depending on experience, with average of $4-$5 per hour in credit card and cash tips.
Please note : while this location is on the bus line for Butler Transit Authority, the required shifts may start before, end after, or be on days the busses don't run. If you are not able to make it to the location without use of the bus system on a dependable basis, you will not be eligible for the position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service. We are guest centric above all else.
- Maintain Subway's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and handle cash / credit transactions.
- Create and implement schedules to meet business demands.
- Resolve customer concerns and foster a positive dining experience.
