Job Position: Civil Engineering Design Technician / CAD Drafter / Land Development Designer

level and experienced designers for land development projects.
Description: The position requires the ability to work with our engineers to lay out and design
residential and commercial land development projects for our clients. This includes, but is not limited
to, lots, roads, parking areas, sanitary sewer and water systems, stormwater management facilities, and
soil erosion and sedimentation control measures utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Qualifications: Applicants should have an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in CAD Technology,
Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a similar field. Applicants should be able to:
Understand Site Grading
Understand Utility Design
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D
Work in a Team Environment
Communicate Effectively
