- Office First Impression and Traffic Director - must be organize, be able to multi-task, and work with all types of people.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Duties to start, First on phone, text, and returning messages, kept agents calendar's full of appointments, explaining billing to customers, traffic director - organized time for agents and call backs.
- Must be able to attain state insurance licenses - we will walk you through the steps - no experience needed
