JOB DESCRIPTION :
SailPoint Platform Engineers
Responsibilities :
Plan Schedule software releases and provide handson support during production releases coordinating with development QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.
Create and maintain detailed release logs and postrelease reports capturing deployment success issues encountered and corrective actions taken.
Participate in release planning meetings to understand upcoming changes and prepare for release support requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues escalating to engineering or DevOps team as needed.
Monitor and verify the success of deployment performing sanity checks and running tests to validate release stability.
Design develop and implement automated test scripts for SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure functionality security and performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives helping to optimize and refine the release support and test automation.
