- Manage incidents, including resolving outages and coordinating restoration services.
- Execute deployments to production environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective fixes.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and similar technologies.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational database technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, ECS, and Docker.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
- Experience with open-source frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with incident, monitoring, and event management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, New Relic).
- Knowledge of IAM and privileged access management.
