Sr Solutions Architect

Overview: We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to support a critical business application in a production environment, ensuring a seamless end-user experience. This role involves contributing to the development and deployment of new features and enhancements that drive performance optimization and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to develop, test, and support applications.
• Address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards across resources.
• Troubleshoot user issues and enhance overall customer experience.
• Manage incidents, including resolving outages and coordinating restoration services.
• Execute deployments to production environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective fixes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and similar technologies.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational database technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, ECS, and Docker.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
• Experience with open-source frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with incident, monitoring, and event management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, New Relic).
• Knowledge of IAM and privileged access management.
