Role Overview
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You’ll work closely with our engineering and architecture teams to deliver top-tier cloud solutions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Shape and drive the product vision and strategy, leveraging AWS and Databricks capabilities.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the cloud market.
- Product Development: Translate business needs into technical specifications, developing detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality cloud-based products.
- Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and optimize cloud costs.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product launch, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch support.
- Culture & Leadership: Foster a cloud-centric product culture and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on cloud-based products.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling successful cloud products.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, EMR, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, etc.).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps)
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
