About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Leadgen team at PennyMac Loan Services, LLC. This role will be pivotal in optimizing our marketing campaigns, developing and refining multi-touch attribution models, and building sophisticated lead scoring models.
You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technology teams to provide data-driven insights that drive business growth.
A Typical Day
- Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to understand the effectiveness of various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Build and refine lead scoring models to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide them with relevant insights.
- Proactively identify and explore new data sources and analytical techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field).
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake for data extraction and manipulation.
- Proficiency in R or Python for statistical modeling and data analysis. Experience with statistical packages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and lead scoring methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and metrics.
- Experience in the mortgage lending industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
