A Typical Day
The Business Controls Manager will assist in the development of a mortgage centric compliance and QA program that contemplates current regulatory requirements and industry standards. As the Business Controls Manager , you will assure the quality of process execution by establishing and enforcing quality standards, developing and maintaining operational policies & procedures to achieve zero defect business objectives.
The Business Controls Manager will :
- Develop Compliance and Quality Assurance organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction
- Establish Compliance and Quality Assurance operational strategies by evaluating trends
- Maintain manufacturing quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and governance requirements
- Develop and deliver manufacturing quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to Sr. leadership team
- Participate in enterprise risk management activities and act as a liaison between the line of business and the enterprise
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
