As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, and the Cloud Business Office to design, develop, and maintain reports and KPIs that provide detailed usage statistics of resources across the multi-cloud landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine cloud monthly budget and forecast process to manage consumption, chargebacks, show back, and savings
- Analyze and report on large raw datasets within cloud billing and usage tools to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create and maintain month-end and quarter-end cloud consumption reports that integrate unit cost
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience analyzing large datasets
- Strong skills in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
- Moderate skills in ETL tools such as Alteryx or Amazon Glue Visual ETL
- Proficiency with SQL dialects such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required within first 90 days of employment with Pennymac
