As the Analytics Manager , you will be responsible for developing solutions for clients and establishing processes and measurement protocols.The Data and Analytics Manager will : Lead and manage cross functional projects as an analytics expert to ensure projects are aligned with the company strategy when developing solutions for our clientsDevelop, implement, and manage policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk related to information management and provisioningAnalyze historical portfolio and industry trends that assist with the creation of predictive models that forecast performancePerform time series analyses and forecasts based on seasonality, trend, and cyclicalityOversee the tracking / reporting of client data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to assess business performance and recommend related strategiesPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline5 years of relevant, professional work experience in an agency environmentFluent in using Microsoft Excel for data transformation, analysis, and presentationFinancial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience strongly preferredWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
