A Typical Day
The Senior Data Analyst, AI will be responsible for leveraging data analysis techniques to support various AI projects and initiatives. This includes developing and implementing AI data models, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve business outcomes.
The Senior Data Analyst, AI will:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Utilize various AI techniques, including predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning.
- Create, implement, and validate changes in non-production environments, and deploy changes to production.
- Maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) frameworks to support data operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate findings.
- Contribute to the development of data strategies and roadmaps to support the adoption of AI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience creating reports, decks and dashboards.
- Moderate to advanced skills in SQL and SSMS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience with data analysis and AI model development.
- Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with server apps/tools.
- Customer Support skills and Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret XML and JSON.
- Ability to interact with developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and testing.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills are a must.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
- Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
- Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
