- Address and resolve issues related to electronic visit verification (EVV) for our Participant Directed Services Program
- Complete verifications within the EVV system in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with filing and record keeping maintaining organized documentation
- Manage recertification processes and ensure all participant data is current
- Process program applications and related paperwork to support ongoing program operations
- Work closely with case managers and the front-line team to troubleshoot system issues
- Provide support to ensure smooth workflow across team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field from an accredited college or university, with:
1. One (1) year experience in health or human services; or
2. The educational or experiential equivalent in the field of aging or disabilities.
- Associate degree in behavioral health, social science, or a closely related field and two (2) years of human service experience; or
- RN currently licensed as defined in KRS 314.011(10), and has at least two (2) years of experience as a professional nurse in the field of aging or disabilities; or
- Two years experience in office setting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills are a must
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
