Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Pennyroyal Center. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for both staff and clients. Your contributions will support our mission of providing excellent care in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the premises.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of facilities for events or meetings as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Utilize electronic system for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferrable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.
- Basic skills in residential painting, welding, or electrical work are a plus.
