Job Details
RN license - Maine or compact
Current, unexpired certifications required
Immunizations required : varicella 2 doses or titer, HepB 3 doses or titer or declination, MMR 2 doses or titer, Tdap, PPD 2 step or titer within past 12 months
Flu shot required during flu season
Traveler will report to Human Resources on day 1 for onboarding process
Current Maine nursing license BSN preferred
Ability to problem solve; critical thinking skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge base to include nursing assessment and skills for all age groups
Environment requires standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, bending, reaching, balance, lifting, pushing patients in wheel chairs and stretchers, and lifting up to 30 lbs
Exposure to infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, toxic cleaning chemicals and fumes is possible
