Owner Relations Agent Opportunity
We are a vacation rental company that provides our guests/owners with personalized hands-on services and ensures a hassle-free getaway. We are looking for a full time Owner Relations Manager to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with property owners daily through phone, text, email and in-person meetings.
- Provide clear and effective communication to understand owners’ needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Monitor and evaluate units, communicate issues to owners, and assist in resolutions, vendor estimates, and order items as needed.
- Build and maintain rapport with property owners.
- Resource knowledge from other team members to competently communicate with owners regarding revenue and booking trends; common maintenance issues and solutions; guest preferences and trends; and business development trends.
- Manage all facets of new owner and new property on-boarding.
- Responsible for maintaining short-term rental licenses.
- Awareness of charges on owner statements, ongoing work orders, and unit’s basic needs
- Complete routine inspections of all properties.
- Seamless teamwork with operational liaison to relay property-specific information, schedule vendors (as needed) and maintain specific requests of owners.

- Live within 25-mile radius from Navarre, FL
- Reliable transportation.
- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs.
- Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products.
