Abeka Academy Data Entry Clerk
- NOT A REMOTE POSITION
The Data Entry Clerk assists with opening and processing incoming mail, entering progress reports, and scanning ABA student work or other records.
Record Entering
Enter grades and records received from customers or schools into the Abeka Academy and PCC databases. Process student records with at least 85% accuracy. Accurately record and document grades or other pertinent information where necessary.
Support Customer Service
Scanning, entering, and locating records to help keep received records readily available to customer service. Review problems and exceptions with supervisor.
Assist with Projects
Happily works alongside team members while assisting with various additional office projects as assigned (grading, campaigns, emails, graduation, etc.). Adds to a positive work environment and contributes to increased productivity due to a willingness to cooperate with other team members. Helps team members feel included and shows genuine interest in others.
Collaborate with Partners
Facilitate communication that is clear and tactful with other Academic and Customer Service team members.
