Abeka UX Designer
The UX Designer works to improve the vital online user experience of the Abeka customer. The Designer must remain educated on current trends as well as look ahead to possible features and technologies. The Designer analyzes data garnered from Google Analytics, heat maps, customer engagement and surveys, and similar tools to enhance the customer experience and optimize conversions.
Research the Market
Conduct primary research of the market and current products to understand industry standards and to identify opportunities for new products. Conduct primary research of customer behaviors, goals, motivations, and needs. Collect and analyze this data to drive development.
Improve Customer Experience
Identify key user groups and create representative personas to further identify patterns. Map out the customer journey to develop ways to enhance to the overall experience for each persona.
Optimize Conversions
Create and develop information architecture and the resulting wire-frame that defines navigation, hierarchies, and categorizations that enhance the customer experience and optimize conversions.
Research Improvements
Conduct post conversion surveys to gather data from customers on their experience. Conduct funnel analysis and recommend changes to avoid missed conversions. Analyze search functionality, shopping flow, and checkout. Suggest adjustments to match industry trends and customer habits.
