Garden Maintenance Supervisor
The Garden Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising landscaping projects, coordinating department and safety training, managing and inventorying equipment, and responding to emergencies as needed.
Supervise Landscaping
Supervise and assist with landscaping projects within the assigned zone area on PCC campus. Maintain the assigned area according to Executive expectations Read, interpret, and execute landscape plans / blueprints.
Coordinate Training
Lead department training on gas-powered and hand tool equipment. Ensure that all safety precautions are communicated and consistently followed.
Manage Equipment
Maintain a comprehensive inventory on Grounds equipment. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and order supplies as needed.
Respond to Disasters
Assist in any area of Grounds necessary in the event of a hurricane and serve as part of the Hurricane Response team. Be flexible to assist with various emergency projects as required.

Education
HS : General Studies (Required)
Work Experience
1 years in landscaping, 1 years operating gas-powered lawn tools, 1 years operating heavy duty equipment
Physical Requirements and Skills
Ability to lift 80 pounds, Manual Labor, Microsoft Applications, Mowing Equipment, Power Tools, Working Outdoor All Seasons, Work in Hot Weather
