Small Engine Repair Supervisor
The Small Engine Repair Supervisor is responsible for purchasing and repairing equipment, scheduling training and safety meetings, and assisting the Grounds department in various projects and disaster response.
Maintain Carts and Engines
Purchase, stock, and inventory all motorized equipment and golf carts for Grounds. Create schedules for students and GAs involved in cart and engine repairs.
Assist with Grounds Projects
Supervise and assist with weed-eating and clearing of all fence lines on PCC properties. Organize and direct palm tree trimming.
Coordinate Training
Organize and coordinate department training programs for mowers, tractors, and powered equipment. Ensure that all safety requirements are explained and followed consistently.
Respond to Disasters
Assist in any area of Grounds necessary in the event of a hurricane and serve as part of the Hurricane Response team. Be flexible to assist with various emergency projects as required.

HS : General Studies (Required)
Work Experience
1 years operating gas-powered lawn tools, 1 years operating heavy duty equipment
Physical Requirements and Skills
Ability to lift 80 pounds, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), First Aid, Manual Labor, Microsoft Office, Mowing Equipment, Power Equipment, Respiratory Protective Equipment, Working Outdoor All Seasons, Work in Hot Weather
