What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Office Clerk position at Pensacola Lock & Safe?
Customer Service/Scheduler needed for the locksmith industry. Prior "over the road" scheduling experience a plus. Responsibilities include answering 5-Line phones, scheduling service calls, maintaining strong knowledge of services, scheduling technicians' workflow, customer history data entry, emailing customers and preparing correspondence
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have 1-3 years of experience, have proper phone & email etiquette & be a detail-oriented individual.
- Adapt to change well (company is rapidly growing)
- Literate in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel
- Experience in scheduling/dispatching appointments
- Able to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Desire to continuously learn and better yourself
- High energy, organized, reliable, self-motivated & responsible individual
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to pass a background check.
