Duties
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including managing accounts receivable and QuickBooks bank reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes related to corporate accounting functions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and correspondence.
- Support the team with various clerical duties as needed, contributing to overall departmental efficiency.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of job costing/progressive billing.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and corporate accounting standards.
- Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft programs.
- Excellent 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
