About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Strategist to lead our marketing and communication efforts. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for institutional marketing and communication plans, ensuring quality, consistency, and integration of communications and marketing supporting our mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated marketing and communications strategies across all internal and external channels
- Manage a high-performing team to ensure cohesive branding
- Serve as primary media spokesperson and liaison
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets
- Develop and execute crisis communication plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Required)
- 3 years of experience in advertising, communications, or related field (Required)
- Master's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Preferred)
- Demonstrated skills in decision-making, detail-orientation, interpersonal relationships, and written communication
- Commitment to training young people for serving God and educating students based on biblical values
