Administrative Assistant
Department and Project Assistant
- The Phoenix-based Administrative Assistant role is part of the Penske West Performance & Marketing Team, a collaborative team of professionals who work as business, process and technical managers for the Penske Automotive Group, Western Region dealerships, department managers and employees.
- Provides ongoing department support to the Performance and Marketing Teams by preparing documents and reports, coordinating projects, and facilitating marketing functions; along with performing other more routine tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the department
- Office Management: ordering of supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Coordinates projects, facilitating as necessary between the internal and dealership teams
- Assists with producing creative assets and delivering to appropriate audiences
- Responsible for marketing ROI and other department reporting
Qualifications:
- Proficient in administrative tasks to continuously support and improve the existing system
- Ability to prepare executive level presentations, memos, and general correspondence
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Must be organized and have an excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes quickly
- Expert multi-tasker and with the ability to prioritize accordingly
- Self-starter with interpersonal skills who works well within a team and independently
- Must have sound judgement and the ability to use analytical and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
