PAG management trainees will complete an 18-month training program with hands on experience to gain comprehensive knowledge of all automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree.
- Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
