Internet Sales Manager

Summary:

As an Internet Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated through Internet Sales; from generating and managing sales leads to closing business. You will be instrumental in helping the division increase overall dealership sales and taking the Internet Sales teams to the next level.

Essential Duties include the following; however, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

• Providing guidance, direction and oversight for the purpose of driving overall performance of the Internet Sales Department; to include recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, merchandising and other assignments as directed from time to time.
• Always provide best-in-class customer service and satisfaction.
• Receive and Manage Internet Sales leads in timely manner and convert to showroom visits.
• Answer customer questions in writing and by telephone including product details and availability.
• Formulate strategy for best results for each lead.
• Evaluate and develop team member skills including follow-up and appointment setting.
• Develop pricing strategy and ensure policy is followed including factory incentives.
• Set and monitor department goals; monitor and report weekly and monthly.
• Work as a team with Sales and Financial Services management.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual should possess:

• Must have experience and a proven track record in the online space, be able to multi-task, be a team player.
• Experience in retail automotive is very beneficial.
• Toyota Scion dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written communications with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Computer, Internet, mobile, CRM and Electronic Media skills.
• Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record.
• Must have a sales license prior to beginning employment with the dealership.
• Must be driven by professional success. Minimum 5 years in automotive sales or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive management.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not mandatory
• Professional appearance
• Verifiable references
• Computer skills including Excel, MS Word, DMS, CRM, and other dealership software
• Written skills with correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and composition
• Proficient internet skills
• Available to work some nights and weekends

be required to:

• Able to withstand outdoor weather.       
• Regularly to talk or hear.      
• Frequently required to sit and stand for a long period of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.

Monthly Base Salary of $5,547.00 plus incentive pay based on Dealership performance.
