Day in the Life of a Vehicle Painter
The Vehicle Painter position is responsible to complete final finish surface work on show and event vehicles used by customers of the Special Vehicles operation. The position requires following established practices and procedures to ensure quality performance to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Perform wet sand and rub
-Perform body repairs
-Perform full vehicle repaints and production paint flaws.
-All work must meet show quality standards
Qualifications:
-High degree of paint skill and expertise required
-Prior show vehicle work strongly preferred
-Must have own tools
Lifting Requirements:
5 40 lbs.
