Description:
The Lube Technician position is designed to perform routine maintenance and service on Honda and Acura vehicles, in support of the Honda Service Center.
Job type: Full-time
Location: Marysville, Ohio
Schedule: 8-hour day shift (Monday Friday)
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform routine maintenance on Honda and Acura vehicles including:
- Oil/Fluid Changes
- Tire Rotation/Repair/Replacement/Balancing
- Install Honda and Acura accessories
- Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish as necessary
- Replacement of vehicle brake components
- Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
- Effectively communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
- Follow safe work practices, keep shop area tidy and clean
- Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and communication
- Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations
Skills/Requirements:
- Must have valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical skills: previous mechanical/shop experience required
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Moderate computer experience preferred.
- Must wear steel toed shoes.
Lifting Requirements: 5 30 lbs.
