The Senior Digital Product Manager is an exciting new role at Penske and will be responsible for delivering digital products and services to Penske’s (internal and external) customers. This role offers an opportunity to assume a leading role in the development of new customer-facing technology and to help Penske maintain a digital leadership position in the transportation industry.The Senior Digital Product Manager will bring significant digital product management experience to the team. The Product Manager has an in-depth knowledge of multiple agile methodologies, and the experience to modify the approach to fit the needs of the business and the individual team. The Product Manager has experience communicating with both technical and non-technical team members effectively.The Product Manager will act as the voice of the customer to the organization for their product. The ability to interact with customers effectively and translate that feedback into a product vision and executable product roadmap is integral to the position.The Senior Digital Product Manager will also be a mentor to less experienced Product Managers. The ability to communicate existing best practices to other members of the marketing team is critical. The Senior Product Manager should be able to translate existing business knowledge and processes from other industries to strengthen Penske’s existing expertise.Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or Data Science preferred. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.MBA preferred.Agile Certification preferred.
