Summary:
The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm with weekends as needed. The Assembly Technician is a direct labor role within the operational structure, primarily focused on fast pace building of high-quality detailed assemblies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes, but is not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Following a detailed procedure, inspection of parts, kitting parts, assembly of a complex mechanism using hand tools, recording data vs. a specification, completing final test of the assembly, filling out manufacturing paperwork, cleaning and packaging of the assembly.

Physical Demands:
Must pass Company required screening tests and be able to work in a clean room for up to 4 hours (including cleanroom suit, mask, hair net, etc). The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform assembly work. Should be able to pick-up 50 lbs during normal job activity. Must have strong hand strength for wire crimping and routing electrical assemblies.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing assembly
- Electrical assembly and reading schematic experience are a plus
- Experience working in clean rooms is a plus
- Fluent in English with good communication.
