Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team.
Job Summary :
We are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. Through direct business-to-business sales, the Account Manager consults with customers to understand their needs and provides solutions with superior customer service experience. This position is responsible for business growth and customer retention that meets Pentagon's target financial goals and customer retention goals. If you excel at developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and meeting key performance indicator (KPI) goals, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities :
- Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers.
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Engaging with customers on-site on a weekly basis
- Travel required (25%)
