Summary of Position :

Penta is seeking a Brand Strategist, (internally referred to as Producers) to join our team in Washington, DC. Producers help bring our creative campaigns to life, working closely with designers, strategists, managing directors, and partners across multiple clients and projects. A successful candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn and contribute, works well in teams, and is interested in developing creative solutions that help solve complex challenges.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with creative strategy and production teams developing brand strategy and creative campaign recommendations for clients
• Draft planning materials that ensure high-quality, strategically sound creative deliverables, including project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs
• Inform strategy and partner with creative production team to execute comprehensive creative campaign assets, including TV / video, digital, social, radio, websites, and event activations
• Work in collaboration with ads management team to report on campaign performance and optimization recommendations for clients
• Follow clients' businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team apprised of new and ongoing developments

Qualifications :

Salary Range :

The base salary range for this position will be $57,000 -$67,000, depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications as it relates to the position.

Location :

This position is for US-based personnel and preference will be given to applicants in Washington, DC metro areas who can be in-person in-office four days per week.
