We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondence, answering phones, and fulfill customer inquiries with a goal to maintain customer satisfaction. This is a REMOTE role, taking place in the Phoenix, AZ area. Temp position expecting to last 6-9 months with possibility for permanent work thereafter.
You will :
- Following up on orders and keeping customers informed. e.g. scheduled ship date, backorder status, part number, and description clarification
- Provide quotations, lead time, RMAs.
- Provide accurate, relevant, complete account notation in CRM.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during peak call times.
- Working with internal and external customers.

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly pay range for this role is $23.00 per hour. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
