We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Operator to join our Moorpark, CA team. You will assist in the manufacturing and production of Pentair Pool Products. Performs line assembly operations to produce and assemble through Lean Manufacturing Methodologies
You will :
- Operate machines, start up and shutdowns, perform machine adjustments and maintain all equipment to meet Safety and Quality requirements.
- Set-up and process all molding machines to the optimum conditions, and make sure the machines are operating under validated operating parameters.
- Ensure all department procedures are understood and followed.
- Assist operators in processing and troubleshooting.
- Ensure that P.Ms are performed routinely on molds, molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Direct and perform mold changeovers and establish change over cycle time sheets and process sheets.
- Participate in Process Management Teams and LEAN initiatives.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with department personnel and all support functions (Quality, Tool Room (Mold Shop) and Maintenance
- Lead the shift and report shift performance in the absence of the Team Leader i.e. downtime, production, scrap.
- Participate in all training programs
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as required.

Compensation :
The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is : $27.00 - $32.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
