Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve existing products, as well as design new ones.
- Apply Value Engineering principles to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
- Interface with the VE team to support material cost reduction and drive major refresh efforts.
- Maintain and support engineering data and processes required for business management tools.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline with 3-5 years of experience in centrifugal pumps, industrial equipment, or controls.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives, control systems, sensors, PLC programming, and motors.
