3-5 years of organizational years of Change Management work ideally working as a Change Manager rather than a PM who is doing some Change Management

Certified in Change Management is a huge plus

4 year college degree

Would consider 2 year degree with more experience

Self starter / great communication

Able to work independently

Previous Cat experience is HIGHLY preferred (not required)

Teams, outlook, Microsoft exp
